Terms of Service - Tracfo

Tracfo provides tools to help users manage, draft, and submit applications, including AI assisted features and browser-based automation.

The Services may include beta features that are still under development.

You may use the Services only if:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms

The Services are intended for students, job seekers, and founders.

To access certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us of unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

The Services are currently offered in beta.

This means:

• Features may change, break, or be removed
• Availability is not guaranteed
• Data may be reset or deleted during or after the beta phase

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation during beta.

Tracfo offers AI assisted features such as drafting, rewriting, summarizing, and suggesting improvements.

You acknowledge that:

• AI output is generated automatically
• AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete
• AI assistance does not replace your judgment

You remain fully responsible for any content you submit or rely on.

Our Chrome extension:

• Operates only on pages where you actively use it
• Extracts and autofills data at your request
• Sends data to our backend so you can reuse it

You must use the extension only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes
• Upload content that infringes third party rights
• Upload malicious code or harmful material
• Attempt to access systems without authorization
• Abuse or interfere with the Services

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You should avoid uploading highly sensitive personal data unless strictly necessary.

Tracfo is not responsible for risks arising from unnecessary disclosure of such data.

If paid features are introduced:

• Prices and terms will be disclosed before purchase
• Payments may be processed by third party providers such as Stripe

Separate terms may apply to paid services.

You may terminate your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms
• Required by law
• Necessary to protect the Services or other users

Upon termination, access to the Services may cease and data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All rights in the Services, including software, design, and branding, belong to Tracfo or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Services except as permitted by law.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law:

• Tracfo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Liability is limited to damages caused by intent or gross negligence

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by law.

We may modify the Services or these Terms at any time.

Changes will be effective when published. Continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
